We process orders within 1-3 business days after your purchase. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Return Shipping Cost: If the customer made a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. How do I make a return?

10. My item is damaged or faulty. What should I do?

11. Do you offer gift cards?
